Following return terms do not apply to B2B orders (business customers). To initiate a return, please contact our customer service with your order number and reason for return HERE.

Please note that any signs of wear and tear, damaged or missing packaging may reduce the product’s value and can result in a partial refund or refusal of the return.

Before issuing a refund, a return fee will be deducted. This fee includes the original delivery cost and the return shipping cost (equivalent to the original shipping fee). The original delivery fee is non-refundable if the product was delivered in good condition and the case is not covered by warranty; in warranty cases, returns and/or replacements are provided free of charge.

Returns will be processed within 2-5 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.
